Law and International Security is a three-year, full-time bachelor's programme taught in English at Lazarski University in Warsaw. It combines law, security studies, information and new technologies, and is for you if you want to see how legal frameworks work in practice during international crises.
The programme goes beyond legal theory and shows how law operates during geopolitical tensions, hybrid conflicts and rapid technological change. You study public international law and European Union law, human rights, the law of armed conflict, sanctions and financial security, and disinformation and cyber threats. Geopolitics, geoeconomics and the rivalry between the USA, China, the EU and Russia give you the context, while regional studies cover areas such as the Indo-Pacific, the Middle East and the Arctic.
Global Law is for those who want to apply law in an international environment, from international organisations and public administration to business, the media and NGOs.
Intelligence and Security Services is for those interested in national security and threat analysis. It covers intelligence and counterintelligence within the rule of law, information security, terrorism, disinformation and contemporary influence operations, together with the role of security services in policy.
